But one thing stayed the same, all our dishes are prepared with ingredients hand-picked by us and enriched with extra virgin olive oil produced from our trees.
Our menu includes many traditional Cretan dishes as well as a selection of European flavors. Every year new dishes make their appearance, prepared by our chef Vasilis Sikalias who is constantly on the outlook for new techniques and ways to highlight our traditional ingredients in new recipes. Recipes that can be accompanied by selected wines from all around Crete and Greece giving you the full tasting experience.
